Our expert level youth fitness & training knowledge is designed to help kids of all experience levels stay active, build healthy habits, improve skills, and get stronger.
With 15+ years experience in youth fitness and sports training following a successful collegiate and professional sports career, owner Marcell Allmond is focused exclusively on the specific needs of kids in fitness and sports and accredited include NASM, ISSA, & CSCS and USC MBA.
We are committed to supporting underserved youth in all parts of our community.
Girls in sports are currently quitting at twice the rates of boys, with 80% of girls reporting that they don't feel like they belong in sports.
Underserved kids also include burned out athletes with injuries, average/below average ability, late bloomers, youth with disabilities, clinically obese/overweight, and those from low-income homes.
We bring high quality, thoughtful programs where kids will improve physical literacy, be challenged, build confidence, and thrive.
